Start with Viagra and/or Cialis. Take them on an empty stomach for best results and don't drink. Your testosterone is highest in the morning.

I take 5mg Cialis every day and 100mg Viagra an hour before an AMP visit. At 70, it's working well for me, although I can skip it.

Still firm erections at 70, how awesome.  At 61 mine are soft without Viagra and still have a tendency to be only "firmi-sh" near completion.  I do miss the blue steel erections of my youth.  Are you thin and fit?  Great health?  Being overweight I assume is a big factor.  If I could get rock hard erections after 20lbs of weigh tloss it would inspire me to go hungry to drop more, but alas it doesn't get any result, thus fat is where I stay.

I take ZepBound for sleep apnea. At 5'8" I started at 188 and have weighed 165 for the last 6 months or so. You just can't eat like you used to and I quit drinking for 3 months, but drink way less than I used to. I've got a sleep doctor, urologist, GP, botox doctor, and dentist and see them all regularly. My cardiologist kicked me out; said I was the healthiest man in his practice. I do push ups and sit ups and run/walk a mile or so nearly every day. I'm in pretty good shape.

To the original poster: I think you were wise to turn around and not go in that day. I would have turned around also. It's better to be safe than sorry. Also, kudos for phoning the MMS. (I am assuming you informed her about the car.) That allowed her to be cautious (or to ignore it, if she already knew about the car and its intentions).

Talked to mama san today about that, she said that Was the dental office's car, it is their mobile dental office where they make house calls. But she is well aware right's current reputation can draw unwanted attention.

I stopped in today as well (after doing a once around to make sure everything was on the up and up), and everything was fine... so hey, no harm, no foul. Always good to keep your wits about you in this hobby. 

I do though, find it hard to believe that, that particular vehicle belonged to the dentist office. That seems...extremely odd that anyone who worked at a dentist office would drive around in what looked like a govt vehicle. But I would agree on one point, this place is awesome, so I can definitely see why it might attract unwanted attention.

So let's call this a false alarm, and didn't mean to ruffle any feathers with anyone, was actually only trying to be helpful by pointing this out. Carry on..

Of the ladies I'm pretty close with, it's more like they work 6-9 months out of the year.  One of my faves literally worked a total of 6 months in 2023, but... they were 12-13 hour days for multiple months at a stretch, so the total number of hours was more like a full years worth of 40 hours a week.

That is my experience as well, goonster, these providers work 20 to 60 days straight, then go back to NYC or LA to rest and to take care of personal business, etc. for a month or two. Then back to work, my ATF told me she makes close to $200K a year and does file taxes, reporting only a small fraction of it, of course.

This is excatly what my ATF in Florida does. She leaves for a month to return to LA sees her family then return back to FL where she manages her shop. 

And they do this line of work far away from home because they don't want their families and friends to know they are providers !
