This is good stuff Thanks for posting I have my own frustrations with my reviews never showing up or getting rejected with no reason attached Errrggg
Hey Organics!
I just got back on for a free month. Of course you can't post unless you have a subscription. Anyhow, the bad news is both of these two aforementioned Spas have been closed. And the names had been shuffled, so for any mongers reading this I will try to makes sense of the Kenosha Spa situation.
The Spas with the name shuffling were all originally Cocotopia spas. The owner finally sold most of them off and then sold the remainder all in 2024 or 2023. Coco was married to an American man. I believe her first place was Peony on 40th Avenue. It was a converted house with a dentist office next door. That was also probably her longest running spa, I remember reading rub maps reviews from 2015.. She finally had to close Peony in 2023 when the landlords vacated her as they wanted the property for themselves. Or so they said.... it was a weird location being right in the middle of a decent neighborhood yet near 39th Street so it was basically off of a business district on 39th and 60th She bought a place on 60th Avenue and moved the Peony name over there. I believe now that location was sold to the owner of Number One China Thai -"Jenny". I believe she also owns BZ, the rarely reviewed Spa on Washington Street just west of 30th Avenue. She also owns Shanghai now.
Okay, so Coco sold at least two Kenosha Spas to an American guy, Charlie. He was married to a Chinese woman who took the Money and Run. I heard it was north of $80,000. I feel bad for the guy . He tried to run the spas on his own but soon, choas ensued. Violet and Pink Spas were a revolving door for girls. You never know who you were going to see. But I got some pretty good sessions at those places.
However, in 2024 the city of Kenosha came up with a BS law that all spas had to be at least 60 (or some odd distance) from the front door of any residence, so that got Pink and Violet shut down. Pink and Violet tried to sneak a few people in and out and run under the radar but soon got nailed by the city. They permanently revoked licenses. This is the new trend for shutting down AMPs, as prostitution investigations get very involved and expensive, eat up law enforcement resources and can even go to trial. Much easier to just shut a place down due to lack of MT licensing to which 99% of these girls don't have any type of formal massage license.
Oh, and there was also a place called Douglas Spa in Racine on (you guessed it) Douglas Avenue that supposedly supposedly he bought or tried to lease it was actually open for short period of time. When the potential renter fell through on the downstroke the place never reopened. With the current climate of Chinese owned AMPs getting shut down in Racine (all one owner) it's unlikely they will see a resurgence.
I think I'll post on the Racine situation so mongers can make sense of the whole situation.
